Gilit Metuki & Ronnie Manor from MATAN, Israel, started inventing games and educational materials in 1997.

The game ideas are presented to a variety of games and educational materials producers worldwide.

MATAN collaborates with the leading game inventors in Israel, THEORA DESIGN.

How did it start?

Gilit Metuki is a Speech Language Pathologist, (M.Sc).  Ronnie Manor is an Occupational Therapist (M.Sc) as well as a toy and game designer (Shenkar College for engineering, art and design – the toy and game design program).

Both are heavy users of games and educational materials in clinical context for over 30 years. From the early 90', MATAN is the importer of Nathan Educational materials from France and Schubi Lermedien from Switzerland.

The needs of the market in the areas of expertise of MATAN's team made it possible to create much needed materials, that children, families and professionals would use as games while learning and developing skills and capacities.
